Singer/songwriter John Thrasher has been a staple on the Southeast music scene for over 11 years, based in Atlanta, GA. Opening for national acts such as the Zac Brown Band, American Idol finalist Michael Johns, Francisco Vidal, Pat McGee, Davin McCoy and the Coming Attractions, Jupiter Coyote, and many more, John brings a diverse playlist that mixes classic rock, country, 90s, R&B, and modern rock covers.  

John will be releasing his debut record in late April of 2012, self titled, which will include the album's first two singles, "Can't Get Close to You" and "Where One Life Ends" with acclaimed producer Brent McDonald.
 
With over 1,700 gigs under his belt throughout the Southeastern United States, John performs restaurants, clubs, bars, and specializes in private parties and weddings, always readily responding to audience requests.
